  2. Hello Grandmommy! Glad you asked!
I'm finding less and less active blogs with each year that passes.
I know that they are more work than FB and Instagram but speaking for myself, I think that I shall stay on Blogger for a while yet.
    How are you doing?

    1. Hi there Elizabeth! It is always good to "see" you. I had a bit of a health challenge and getting back in the saddle. How are you doing? There is no way FB could do justice for the work you do! There was a group of us who supported one another. I miss that. I think I will be here to.

    1. Hey Roxanne!
I am so glad you are one of the ones still around! I enjoy your blog as well. I plan to do more posts than I have been. Thinking of doing a lot of different things...maybe stories or something.

  4. Hello Grandmommy,
Present! I agree that Instagram and Facebook are gaining in popularity, but I like blogging and plan on doing so as long as I can.

    1. Giac Hello there!
Glad you are "present" LOL! You are another one whose work would never work on FB. Your work is too elaborate! Here's to seeing more great posts. I have catching up to do since I had a health issue for a while.
      Major Hugs!

  5. Hi Grandmommy! I am here! As for Facebook taking over, just wait until they start charging for content and storage of photos. People will flock back to Blogger!

    1. Jodi! Glad to see you!. Yep..things are going to be different around FB one day. I would NEVER pay for facebook or even Google for that matter. So, I guess I will just hang around until the sheep come back home. HEHEHE!

  6. Hi Grandmommy! I am still here too... blogging away because I love it almost as much as I love minis! Connecting with more than a picture or a smiley icon matters to me! I refuse to go to instagram,.... I don't have time for that LOL! I am on FB but don't like it as much as I like simple old blogs! I plan to keep blogging as long as there are blogs! :)

    1. Hi Dreamer!
I am with you...never had Intagram...don't ever plan on it. I have built great supportive relationships on blogger that I don't want to give up. It is personal and I learn so much! See you around!

  7. Hello Grandmommy, so happy that you are wondering where everyone went. I am thinking about closing out my giveaways because I don't think more than 11 are interested in my mini dresses anymore. After almost 3 years of grieving I am back on eBay as of last week to see if I can get some action going with all the mini people out there. It is good to know there are some people still interested in blogging. Maybe I'll try to make something different to give away. Mini hugs with a huge heart. Felma

    1. Felma...I am so glad you are still hanging in there. You are an important of our network in the blogosphere. I always drool over your dresses but because I have already won one I want to give others a chance. Keep it up. Whatever you make and give is cherished by the winner. Looking forward to your next post. :-)

  8. Hi, The Grandmommy! I've been watching a lot of vlogs on YouTube and checking photos on Instagram. I have a few things there, but my heart remains with Blogger. I've been less active on FB. I'm getting back to blog posting. Glad to see you're active here, too.

    1. Hiya D7ana,
I tried FB and I am somewhat tired of it. There are so many other non-mini posts I almost got...ook I did get caught up in it. Give me my blogger buddies any day!

  9. Hello The Grandmommy. I am still here. I still love it here. I am not on FB and I basically lurk on IG to check out the beautiful doll pics. I need to take the time out to get back to my blog. I enjoy creating and sharing stories. I will return. Great seeing a post from you.

    1. Georgia Girl! Glad you are still here. I have not been that active here, but I have so much to show and tell. Lets push each other back into blogging. I always love your stories and other posts. Here's to a blog come back!

  10. Here! Just not as often. I admit I've been ignoring my blog because it's just less time consuming to post on Instagram.

  11. Mad for Mod! I need you here. I am not on IG and you are one of the few I follow that uses your style of furnishings! See you soon!

  12. Posting on Blogger is very often just like writing a short article about a topic of interest, in this case, dolls. I myself prefer that over a few brief sentences and a picture or two. Plus, Facebook wants you to use your real name, and I prefer to keep my real self and my online doll self as two completely separate worlds.

    1. Hi there Barb!
I agree. I feel like I am talking to my mini friends when I blog. FB feels like talking to the general public. I have "known" my fellow bloggers for years and enjoy the camaraderie.I too enjoy my privacy. :-)

  13. I am still here too! I haven't posted in a long time but I do still enjoy reading the few blogs that are left. Glad you are still hanging in here too. FB and IG just don't the have the same connections as the blogs. Blogging is a lot of work ...Yet, I haven't given up on blogging...

    1. Hello there Mini Confessions! Glad to see you! For some reason blogging brings out the best in me. FB feels so negative sometimes. I am thinking of just deleting my account or at least restricting it somehow. The work of blogging is part of the fun, just like making the minis themselves.

  14. I am still here. I check in every now and then. Blogging once upon a time was the best place to be. I think that social media is taking over. I hope all is well.
